Atom rubber track

The ATOM modular track is based on an innovative construction concept: each individual link, made of high resistance steel, is entirely covered in abrasion- and tear-resistant rubber, and connected to the next link with steel pins. The ATOM track combines the durability of steel tracks with the versatility, comfort, traction and the many other advantages of rubber tracks.

Advantages of ATOM B Modular Tracks

Hard-wearing: the 100% steel inner structure makes the ATOM modular track the most hard-wearing rubber track on the market. The special wear resistant natural rubber assures durability and long life even under extreme operating conditions.

ATOM rubber tracks outlast standard rubber tracks by up to 3 times, and while the rubber surface may eventually become worn, the tracks themselves will not break.

Their modular construction allows uncommon and non-standard sizes to be catered for, including tracks for tracked dumpers, trenchers, agricultural machinery, drilling rigs,  etc.

Non-marking: ATOM rubber tracks can be produced with special non-marking rubber blends enabling machinery to work on delicate surfaces without damaging them or leaving marks.

Repairable: ATOM modular is the only repairable rubber track; simply remove the damaged link directly on site and refit a new one without having to replace the whole track, avoiding costly machine downtime and transport to a repair shop.

Comfortable: ATOM  rubber tracks minimise vibrations transmitted to the tractor and deaden sounds, significantly reducing operator fatigue.

Reliability: The chain structure, employing inextensible and rigidly connected steel links, prevents the track from slipping off accidentally during difficult manoeuvres.

Space saving: ATOM tracks can be rolled up and stored in half the space needed by a traditional track.

Low stock costs: You no longer need to keep all sizes of track in stock: with ATOM, all you need is a single chain to which links are added or removed to create any length of track.

Ground protection: The special highly resistant, anti-abrasive rubber protects the ground without scratching the surface.
